Parking
We have plenty of on site parking. Charges do apply between 10:00 and 16:00.

Please note our new car park machines now take cash and card payments.
Season Tickets for parking are available. Please contact the Centre for prices.
Disabled parking spaces are also available. Parking is free for blue badge holders.
Accessibility & Facilities
The building is fully accessible with lift access to both floors. There is an accessible toilet and we are wheelchair and buggy friendly.
Upon request we have Mobility scooters and Wheelchairs to hire.
- Mobility Scooters £5.00 per session: bookable for 10.0am-1.00pm and 12.30pm-4.00pm
- Wheelchair £2.00 per session: bookable for 10.00am-12.30pm, 1pm-4pm
Baby changing facilities are available in all washrooms.
Bicycle sheds £0.50: all day.
Footpaths around the Nature Reserve are level, the majority are hard surfaced, can be muddy in places; several routes are accessible for wheelchairs.
Dogs must be on a lead and are not permitted in the lakes.
Wifi is available in The Natural World Centre.

Dog Friendly
We have seating in our main reception and boardwalk for you and your doggy friends. Although dogs are not allowed in the Bistro café, you are welcome to bring food from the café into our dog-friendly seating areas.
We also sell dog treats in the shop and, subject to availability, doggy ice cream by Barke Farm from our Bistro Café.
